Shipping and Returns

We appreciate your business! We know that you are anxious to receive your purchase as soon as possible, so we immediately begin to process and package your shipment as soon as we receive your payment. If we receive your order by 2pm Eastern Time, we can ship that afternoon!

International Buyers – Please Note:

We ship worldwide. However, this site does not figure International Postage. Before we can ship to you, we will need to add the amount of postage required. Please expect an email from us with the additional amount for shipping within a few hours of completing your order.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase. These charges are normally collected when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. US and International government regulations prohibit us from marking merchandise values below value or as "gifts".

 Return Policy: We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you find that something is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days. Return credit can be a refund in the manner in which the article was purchased, store credit or merchandise. To receive credit, items must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

1. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. 
3. If you have followed our instructions for packaging and returning the item, we will also pay for the return shipping.

4. When we receive the returned merchandise, we will either issue a credit or send different merchandise, whichever you prefer.
